Vintage luminous earrings, sea green

These earrings are absolutely my favorite. They come in vintage sea green. The color is stunning. I was inspired by Angelina Jolie's dazzling emerald drops which she wore to the Oscar's. She looked gorgeous wearing them. My earrings are made of glass. The heart charms are wrapped in brass setting. Don't you think they're so perfect for a romantic date or even afternoon and night out? I'm keeping one myself!

Today's lunch

This is what I had for today's lunch. Eggplant with fried tofu and sweet basil. This is a mock Thai food. We don't really eat eggplants in Thailand, but since many authentic ingredients are hard to find in Canada, we have to be creative a little bit. I also added sliced king mushrooms and red chili into this dish. And the star of this dish is one of my favorite herbs, Basil!! (clapping hands)

I love basil + love the smell of basil. It has a strong smell which some people can't stand. I hated it when I was young, but I really like it as I get older. I also love cilantro, um...what else, ginger, lemongrass, and many many more.

Oh, I also add boiled egg as well. I prefer it fried, but I hate to clean up after deep frying something. Yikes! So, boiled egg tastes good no less than fried egg.

Cooking is fun, but cleaning is not!

Bird Watching Collections

I'm ready for spring! Although spring seems so far away in Canada, but at least my shop is ready for spring!! I'm listing my vintage bird pendant collections on Etsy little by little. They are absolutely gorgeous! I'm keeping one myself. These pendants are LARGE. They measure to 2 inches including frames.

I'm also experimenting different backgrounds in my photos. As you can see, I have a lot of this and that in my photos. Sometimes, I think white background is too pale, but when I try a black background, the photos become so grainy (maybe because I'm using a dirt cheap camera!!). I really want my necklaces to pop out, but also want to keep the lovely look of my shop as a whole....um. I guess I have to keep trying new things and see what's best. Wish me luck!

What's your addiction?

I'm strongly addicted to bubble tea! I have to have bubble tea at least twice a week. I usually go to 168 Tea Shop to get my all time favorite, milk green tea with tapioca in large size. I know some people can't stand tapioca. They think it's gross. I just love all things chewy, like gummies, sticky rice, you name it!

There's also another tea shop that I like. It's called Ten Ren. Some of my friends prefer that shop because Ten Ren keeps stronger tea flavors. I kinda like them all. I just to drink tea very much.

I was tagged on Facebook for something fun. I'm supposed to name 25 random things about myself, but I could only come up with 5. Here we go:

- When I was 6, I pulled out my lose baby teeth with my own hands. I liked doing it by myself than going to the dentist. Yes, I pulled out every baby teeth by myself.

- I was a meat lover and didn't eat vegetables, but now I stopped eating meat.

- When I was 10, I was in TV commercials for apples, soy sauce and milk product...LOL

- I used to be a ballet/jazz/Broadway dancer up until few years ago.

- I can sometimes predict the future. Sounds creepy isn't it?

That's all I could came up with for now. I just listed a new necklace on etsy. It's inspired by Anna Sui. I love Anna Sui collections, especially for her cosmetic lines. I love her purple/black packaging theme. They're lovely. I'm a total sucker for cosmetics and the packaging!
