Venetien Glass Museum in Hakone

Hello! I can't believe only 2 weeks left and the year 2010 will soon be over. It's a little bit sad, but I'm very much excited what next year will offer me. I can feel 2011 is going to be another great year! I even started making lists of my new year resolutions (I love doing that).

Shall I continue on my recent trip to Japan? (I hope it doesn't bore you!).

We headed to Venetien Glass Museum in Hakone on the next day. We walked there since it was really close to our hotel.

They also decorated trees and buildings with glasses.

This little guy greeted us on the exit. I felt like I was travelling to Italy just for a few seconds there!

Back to blogging!

Greetings from Thailand.

I strongly apologize for leaving my blog stranded for one month to be exact. I'm now in Bangkok, Thailand and missing Toronto so very badly.

I had so much fun in Japan (shopping, sightseeing and shopping). Atchan and I went to Hakone for onsen at the right timing. It was Fall season in Hakone, the weather was just right and the scenery was breathtaking. We stayed at a hotel called Hakone Ichinoyu. It was decorated traditionally mixed with modern Japanese style.

They welcomed us with some sweets.

I was too embarrassed to share the onsen with other people, so we decided to book a room with a private outdoor onsen.

These strange socks........

go with these flip-flops.

There are more photos I'd love to share on my blog. Please, please be patient with me while I'm adjusting to my new lifestyle (sounds weird, I know) in BKK :)

Japan, I miss you { part 2 of 2 }

Last post, I blogged about Tokyo area, we stayed around Tokyo for 3-4 days (not enough!), we headed to Kyoto, Osaka and Yokohama.

I don't know what flower it was, but it was beautiful!

Kiyomizu temple
(清水寺). I went there to prayed for my love life hehehehe. I even bought Omamori(お守り).

Osaka castle (大坂城). I went there by myself because a certain someone had to work. There was a Johnny group performing at the hall near the castle. I didn't know what group it was though. There were many highschool girls screaming and holding paper fans (with idols' faces on it!).

Glico man @ Namba, one of my favorite shopping and eating places.

Yokohama was the last stop. It was sooo romantic although the Ferris wheel experience was terrifying (I'm afraid of height!). I didn't get many night shots since my crappy camera couldn't take photos very well at night.

Sakura branch & Full moon = Lovely.

Wonder where should I visit next time in Japan :)
