Beard Papa's Cream Puff
Finally, Beard Papa's (funny name) is officially opened in Toronto. I didn't get to try it on my last trip to Japan last year. I'm happy they have a franchise in Toronto since cream puff is one of my favorite sweets!!

Japanese food { Takoyaki γγηΌγ }

Last night Atchan went out with his friends and when he came home, he brought this with him, a Takoyaki machine!! He borrowed it from his friend for me, he knows how much I LOVE takoyaki.

We sprinkled octopus, cheese, green onion and ginger all over it.

We also went to Korea town to get ingredients for takoyaki. We didn't find everything we want, so we just used what we had at home. It tasted great!! We ended up eating 4 rounds and I was getting better at making them hahaha. I was sooo full. I never had this many takoyaki in my life!!

Japanese food { Salmon fried rice }

My sister is very kind that she made me some salmon fried rice (after telling her how much I wanted to eat it!). I have tried salmon fried rice at some Japanese restaurants. Not many of them have it, but mostly home style restaurant has this dish. I wrote the ingredients and recipe below just in case you might want to try making it.
Ingredients:
Rice 2 cups, cooked
Salmon 1 fillet (baked until cook, break into small pieces)
Onions 1/4 cup, diced
Garlic 2-3 cloves, chopped
Garlic salt 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 2-3 tablespoons
Oil 1 tablespoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Directions:
1.Heat the pan, put oil and butter then add onion and garlic.
2.Add rice into the pan, mix well.
3.Season with garlic salt, soy sauce. You may add a little bit of pepper.
4.Then add salmon into the pan, mix well.
5.Serve, garnish with some chopped green onions.
If any of you decide to make this dish, please let me know how it turns out :)

Japanese food { Kakiage soba }

I made something new today. My sister is a fan of this youtube channel, Cooking with dog. She told me I HAVE to see it. I've been looking for a simple and easy way to make Japanese home style food for quite sometime now. If you love homey style food, you might like it like I do :)
I added some fish tofu and some lotus roots. I also used buckwheat soba instead of a regular soba. It turned out so well :) The soba is so soft and chewy. Yum yum.
